If you joined while visiting our tasting room, you took home the first quarter order while you were here.
If you joined online the 1st order will arrive around the 2nd week of the month of the corresponding quarter (i.e. if you joined in November you can expect an order in early January). Wine Club orders are done quarterly: January, April, July and October.

The wine club operates on a quarterly basis. Every 3 months you can have your wine shipped to you or set aside for quick pick-up.
Yes, our Wine Club is customizable. Long in here and select edit club. The Club List for the current Quarter will only be accessible the month prior to Processing. ie. You will be able to edit your January Club list in December, your April Club List in March, your July Club List in June & your October Club List in September.

How do I make a reservation for Inside as a Wine Club Member?
You will need to create an account at Exploretock.com using the same email address we have on file for your club membership. Then once logged into Tock, you will be able to book your reservation for the Exclusive Indoor Wine Club lounge.
Does someone need to be available to sign for my wine delivered by UPS?
Yes, UPS requires someone over 21 years of age to sign for the wine. Wine can be shipped to a business address, or a nearby UPS facility if that is the best option for you.

No, alcohol cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
If we ship your wine to you and your wine is damaged in transit, please call or email us immediately. Our wines are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. If your shipment is deemed "undeliverable" by the carrier, your wine will be returned to the Winery and a reship fee will apply.
We will store your wine for pick up for 2 quarters or about 8 Months. If your order is still in our warehouse after 2 quarters we will get in touch to let you know we will be shipping it to your address on file. Shipping charges will apply.
